As part of NEOM’s landmark water infrastructure development, I led BIM coordination, clash detection, and 4D simulations for the Trojena Dam. Integrated multi-discipline models and managed digital delivery, enabling accurate sequencing and real-time project insights across mountainous terrain.

Julius Nyerere Hydroelectric Power Plant (JNHPP) – BIM Execution for Africa’s Largest Renewable Energy Project
As part of the multidisciplinary team delivering the iconic Julius Nyerere Hydroelectric Power Plant, I played a key role in the Building Information Modeling (BIM) execution of this national-scale infrastructure megaproject, valued at over $2.9 billion and delivering 2,115 MW of clean energy to Tanzania.
This complex project, spanning more than 100 km² of dam, powerhouse, tunnels, switchyards, and transmission corridors, required an advanced, collaborative, and data-rich digital environment. My BIM responsibilities were central to achieving design coordination, construction efficiency, and quality compliance.
